Our week

Its been a busy week, its Friday already?!

Monday we went to a place called Gymlingo. They do tumbling and gymnastics there. We went during open gym and loved it. There was so much to do and everything was padded and perfect for toddlers. Cassie did find the one and only spot to injure herself. She walked right off a big step went face first to the ground and bit her lower lip. That girl can scream and is it shrill! I think dogs miles away respond to her cries! I feel bad for others ears when they are around during a screaming episode. Her lip did bleed but after a drink of water all was well. Besides the lip incident we had a great time and plan on going every Monday.

Tuesday I took Cassie swimming at the Y and then we played in the Family Prime Time area.

Wednesday we had our play date at Jackson and Morgans house.

Thursday my Mom came over to watch Cassie, I went to the gym to work out and to the grocery store. In the afternoon we played with some toys in the basement and then did some crafts upstairs.

This is supposed to be a penguin made out of hearts

Friday (today) - We had a new class at the Y called Kindersports. Cassie has 3 friends in class with her: Jackson, Maxim and Morgan. They all seemed to have a great time. Afterwards we had a snack and played in the Primetime area.

It was a fun week. I think this weekend I am running to Ben Franklin to stock up on some craft supplies, Cassie loves doing that sort of thing and we need other supplies besides construction paper and a glue stick.

Cassie has developed a love for pickles. I may need to buy stock in Claussen. I think she would survive on them if I allowed her. The rule is one pickle a day for her. She also reminds us to pray at every meal. Today her prayer was "Dear Lord, thank you for Mommy and puppy (her favorite stuffed animal) Amen". Too sweet. She then says "Mommy-pray". Sometimes we pray 5 times at a meal per her request. Ha!

Hope everyone has a good weekend!
